Refund & Returns Policy
At The Way, we do everything to make sure you are fully satisfied.
If something doesn’t suit you perfectly, you can easily return or exchange it.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that all items must be unused and unworn, except for fitting purposes only.
How to proceed
- Fold the items carefully and place them back in their original packaging.
- A courier will come to collect your package and send it back to us.
Exchange
The courier will deliver the new item and collect the returned one.
If there is a price difference, a payment link will be sent to you by email to complete the payment.
If there is a balance to be refunded, once the returned item has been checked and approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return
Once the item is received and checked, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
